In Store Pick Up items must be thoroughly inspected at the time of pick up and any damages, manufacture defects, or dislike of the item for any reason should be determined before leaving our In Store Pick Up location. There will be no returns for any damages, manufacture defects, or dislike of the item for any reason found after the item leaves the In Store Pick Up location.
Manufacture fitment issues must be reported within 48 hours of the date of pick up and must be accompanied with a letter from a "Professional Body Shop" stating the issue along with pictures (All our products are made for "Professional Installation" and "Self Installers" will not be covered under our manufacture fitment warranty. Return letters must include Professional Body Shop's letter head, address, phone number, and contact individual name). Fitment issue items will be replaced with the same item or another item of equal or lesser price, no refunds.
4. If customer received the wrong item, it will be the responsibility of the customer to notify Ultimate Motor X LLC with in 24 hours of purchase. It will also be the responsibility of the customer to bring back the part for an exchange. Ultimate Motor X LLC will not be responsible for any return shipping or gas fees.
5. All return items must be in unused, unaltered, unpainted condition along with all hardware, instruction, etc. that it came with originally.
6. In Store Pick Up items must be returned to Ultimate Motor X, LLC Headquarters in San Diego. No returns will be accepted at In Store Pick Up locations unless approved by Ultimate Motor X LLC.
Customer must contact customer service department within 24 hours of receipt of the item for refund. Refunds are only given for cost of the item and shipping is non-refundable. Customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. All return items must be in unused, unaltered, unpainted condition along with all hardware, instruction, etc. that it came with originally.
("In Store Pick Up Customers" must determine like or dislike of the item before leaving the In Store Pick location. Any returns after, will be accessed a 40% re-stocking fee.)
Customer must contact customer service department within 48 hours of receipt of the item. Customer must provide pictures of the item, contact of professional installer, and written explanation from professional installer with company letter head. All return items must be in unused, unaltered, unpainted condition along with all hardware, instruction, etc. that it came with originally.
Price Match Guarantee
Customer must provide lower priced company name, phone number, and item page link, with item price, taxes (If Applicable), and shipping cost for price match. Clearance item prices from lower priced companies will not be accepted. We have the right to refuse any price match requests at any time.

International Shipping/Customs and Duty Tax Fees
Shipping and handling fees for all international shipping orders do not include customs brokers fees, customs taxes, or duty taxes. Customers are responsible for clearing customs and any fees associated with the process.
All orders are upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 5 business days of receiving your order. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by E-mail. If the delay is due to back order, you will receive notice by phone or e-mail and be given the choice to remain on back order, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. Signature are require of all orders (there must be someone to sign for the package or you have to pick it up from the local UPS.
I. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies (Excludes Body Kit Products & Carbon Fiber Products):
1. All Return items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and, with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.
2. For all light products sold please test product for factory defects prior to installation. Once attempts of installation have been made, all light products are not returnable. All return items can be return within 10 days from the invoice date subject to a 30% restocking fee
3. Only company defects item can be exchanges for the same item within 10 days from the invoice date with no restocking fee. You are responsible for your own shipping cost on all return items. All returns for credit or exchange must be complete and unopened in the factory sealed product box.
4. Before returning any item, you must contact our customer service department and we will provide you with return instructions and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, the RMA number are only good for 10 days from the day of issue.
II. Return Policy Body Kit Products/Carbon Fiber Products Only: (Hoods, Front & Rear Bumpers/Aprons, Fenders, Lips, Side Skirts, Spoilers, Scoops, Conversions)
*Shipping Damage (Hoods, Front & Rear Bumpers/Aprons, Fenders, Lips, Side Skirts, Spoilers, Scoops, Conversions):
1. UltimateMotorX.net packs all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipping. Nevertheless, damage may occur occasionally in transit. All damage MUST be discovered at the time of delivery. Accept the merchandise and notate the damage and any irregularities (such as crushed, torn, or broken boxes) on the freight bill or receipt while the driver is there. You must retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the carrier's damage inspector to inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnifies the carrier as well as UltimateMotorX.net from any further damage claims. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer.
All damages must be notified to carrier at the time of delivery AND report to UltimateMotorX.net within 24 hours. In cases of damage with proper notation on receipt, the carrier will determine whether to pay for the repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods after damage inspection. Replacement value is not negotiable. It is the amount that you paid. Repair cost is an arbitrary amount, which can be negotiated with the carrier in the event of disagreement. All disputes as to the settlement amount or manner should be addressed with the carrier. UltimateMotorX.net under no circumstances shall be liable for the damaged merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier. However, as a courtesy, we would be glad to help you in reaching an amicable settlement with the carrier in the event that you need assistance.
**Product Disclaimer (Hoods, Front & Rear Bumpers/Aprons, Fenders, Lips, Side Skirts, Spoilers, Scoops, Conversions):
1. All fiberglass parts require installation fit before priming and painting. Such professional prep work is required for all fiberglass parts. All hoods require professional installation. Adjustment of the latches, hooks, brackets are sometimes necessary. These are normal body work and installation steps for all products sold. These are NOT considered to be defective. Pictures are required to demonstrate defect on products prior to return. See below for information on our return policy.

1. Some items sold by UltimateMotorX.net may not be legal for street use in all states. It is the purchaser's responsibility to comply with applicable state or federal laws. Any goods sold by UltimateMotorX.net , other than as expressly provided in a written agreement by UltimateMotorX.net, are sold “as-is” without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or warranty of non-infringement of trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, patents, or other rights held by others.
****Returns (Hoods, Front & Rear Bumpers/Aprons, Fenders, Lips, Side Skirts, Spoilers, Scoops, Conversions):
1. Special orders(Clearance Items)can not be returned. There is no return for any parts that have been used, modified, painted, or installed. All returns must be approved UltimateMotorX.net prior to being returned. Return authorization will NOT be issued after 5 days of the receipt of the product(s) by the customer. Stock items must be returned to and received by UltimateMotorX.net within 14 days of the original shipping date from UltimateMotorX.net. Once the return is approved a Return Authorization number (RMA Number) and RMA Label will be issued to the purchaser by UltimateMotorX.net and it must be on the outside of the package being returned. All packages will be refused without RMA Number and RMA Label on the box without exception. All return items must be in unused, unaltered, unpainted condition along with all hardware, instruction, etc. that it came with originally. Include copy of the original invoice with all returned merchandise. Full refund on the purchase price is given only for defective products or a wrong product sent due to our fault. (Damaged products are not considered defective and wrong products sent due to our fault.) All other returns are either exchanged or credit issued and are subject to a 30% restocking fee on the purchase price excluding shipping handling charges, which are not refundable. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, UltimateMotorX.net shall determine whether the product in question is defective. All returns regardless of the underlying reason must be sent with prepaid shipping. Any returnable items must be carefully packaging or better if the original packaging is not in good condition. Purchaser is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for their own protection; otherwise, neither UltimateMotorX.net nor the shipping company would be responsible for any damaged on the way back to UltimateMotorX.net. In such case, the customer will have to claim against the carrier through which the merchandise was shipped.
